  • 200 gms of Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 1 tsp of cardamom powder
  • 2 tsps of fennel
  • 6 peppercorns
  • 10 pieces of almonds
  • 1 tsp of khus essence
  • 1.5 liter of milk

Procedure

  • First, soak the almonds and then remove the peel. Put it in a blender and add the cardamom powder along with the fennels. Make a smooth paste out of them. 
  • After this, add the MILKMAID, milk, peppercorns, and the khus essence and blend it once again. 
  • When all the ingredients will mix with each other perfectly, pour them into the glasses and add crushed ice. You can either add some almond crumbs on the top or a rose petal. 
  • Mango Thandai

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango
  • 7 pieces of almonds
  • 3 cashews
  • 5 ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/8 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 green cardamoms 
  • 200 gms of Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 3 tbsps sugar
  • 1.5 liter of milk

Procedure 

  • Soak the pepper, cumin seeds, cashews, fennel seeds, and almonds in the water at least for an hour. After this, peel off the skin from the almonds and add all the ingredients into a blender. Add a little water and make a smooth paste. 
  • After filtering it through a strainer, keep the fresh mixture aside. Blend this mix with the pulp of the mango properly. 
  • Add the entire content to milk and then add the cardamom, sugar, and the MILKMAID. Use a blender to mix all the ingredients and serve chilled with crushed ice. 
  • Chocolate Thandai

  • Chocolate shavings 
  • Cocoa powder
  • Almonds
  • Fennel 
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Nestlé MILKMAID
  • Milk 
  • Vanilla ice cream

Procedure 

  • Soak the almonds and then peel off the skin. Add the almonds, cocoa powder, fennel, and chocolate syrup into the blender. Make a smooth paste out of this. 
  • Add the vanilla ice cream and again blend the ingredients. 
  • After this, take milk in a large blender and add the thandai mix. Once all the contents blend to perfection, pour the dessert into the glasses with crushed ice. Use the chocolate shavings and a little bit of chocolate syrup for garnishing.
